I used Moho software to do this homage to puberty. I love this program and the productivity I can achieve with it. It took only about a month and a half to do this including character developement, voice and post. The idea for
a puberty fairy came from watching my kids and their friends grow up and how things "change". Can't give away the punchline here, but it too comes from something a parent of a teenage girl told me years ago and I extended it to boys as well.
I really like the idea of a tough guy in a pink dress and 5 o'clock shadow. I
gave him my best (worst?) New York accent because I really like saying the word "goyle" for "girl". Suffice to say, I've never lived in or near NYC.
For those who keep track of these things, there are only 4 basic mouth positions. I used Magpie for track reading and switch layers in Moho to get the dialog done in a hurry.
